Working with large machinery, trucks and oilfield equipment is inherently dangerous without proper safety training. At Tite Water, we do all we can to mitigate those risks with rigorous, mandatory safety programs and requirements for all employees. Around here, safety isn’t a program, it’s a core value. So, we are vigilant about maintaining the highest safety standards to protect our employees, clients and our environment.
Qualifications
Tite Water Safety Requirements
All Tite Water field employees are required to meet the following safety qualifications:
SafeLandUSA Certification
The oil and gas industry’s gold standard in safety practices
Background Checks
All personnel must have clean background checks
H2S Certification
Training for recognition and response to hydrogen sulfide gas hazards
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
All Tite Water drivers must have clean MVRs
Two Years Oilfield Experience Required
No training can substitute for first-hand experience
Drug & Alcohol Testing
No tolerance for drugs and alcohol
In addition to these requirements, our team participates in ongoing safety training and regularly scheduled safety meetings to ensure we stay up to date with all industry protocols and best practices.
